As a trained body therapist from ManuVision School in Denmark, I work holistically through your entire body. Using breath, presence, and touch, I guide you toward acceptance, insight, and release — helping you reconnect with yourself and restore balance.
This is not just about treating symptoms. It’s about meeting yourself where you are, and gently helping the body let go of what it no longer needs to hold.

I offer NADA group sessions where I come to your workplace, organization, retreat, or private group. Each session lasts one hour and creates a peaceful shared experience designed to deepen regulation and reduce stress. After receiving the needles, the group sits in silence for about 45 minutes while the treatment helps the body settle, soften tension, and reset. There is no talking, no performance — just a collective moment of rest and recovery.
NADA group sessions are ideal for workplace wellbeing, team building, support groups, retreats, and communities wanting to create a calm, grounding space together.
If your group in Frederiksberg, Humlebæk, or the greater Copenhagen area is looking for a trauma‑informed, calming, and regulating practice, NADA ear acupuncture is a powerful way to support both individual and collective well‑being.
Price: 1,800 kr for groups up to 10 people.
Thereafter, the additional cost is 200 kr per person.
A training workout session with me is like grounding yourself back into your own strength.
ManuVision training is a holistic, body‑based workout that combines functional movement, breathwork, and deep body awareness. It helps release physical tension, build natural strength, and support stress relief, nervous‑system regulation, improved mobility, and emotional well‑being
I completed the ManuVision Trainer Education in 2020, and since then, I’ve taught both large and small groups in Body Therapy Workout. The training method is developed by the ManuVision School of Body Therapy and guides you through your entire body — from toes to the top of your head — using movement, breath, and conscious awareness. .
All you need for the session is a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, bare feet, and easy access to a smile
This workout is suitable for everyone. There are no prerequisites, and each session is tailored to your needs and energy levels. You’ll also learn simple, effective exercises you can integrate into daily life to maintain grounding, focus, and resilience.
I offer training for schools, workplaces, communities, and private groups. Sessions range from 45 to 90 minutes, depending on what fits your setting.
